The premise

The body has been trying to tell you something for years. Most practitioners are too busy applying technique to hear it.

Dharma Body is built on one idea. Give the body what it has been denied, the nourishment, the space, the quality of attention it needs to stop bracing, and it will speak freely. Train your hands to be quiet enough, precise enough, still enough, and you will hear the truth it has been carrying.

That is the curriculum. Everything else is the method for getting there.

Each day of this training is a conversation with one meridian. Not a technique applied to a channel. A conversation. Every meridian has a shadow voice, what it sounds like when it is starved, bracing, or speaking from its wound. Every meridian has a healthy voice, what it sounds like when it has been fed and can finally say what it means. The week teaches you to tell the difference and to hold until the body moves from one to the other.

How the week works

One feeds the tissue. One listens to the channel.

Brian Campbell

Feeds the tissue

Brian traces each meridian's physical geography through its myofascial correlate, releasing the structural holding that suppresses the channel's ability to speak. He teaches the body the way a gardener teaches soil: with patience, with specificity, with the understanding that Jaboticaba takes twelve to fourteen years to fruit and the body will do what it needs to do if you give it what it needs first.

Jambo Truong

Listens to the channel

Jambo listens to what the meridian says once the tissue has been fed. Three fixed points per channel hold the conversation at three depths at once: the source point as the meridian's energetic signature, the Back Shu point as the deep constitutional layer, the Front Mu point as the acute functional state. A fourth somatic hold places the hands directly on the organ or landmark the meridian governs. The practitioner holds until the channel answers in its healthy voice.

Morning

Receive

The morning is the real work. Before you put your hands on anyone else, you receive what you are about to give. Movement, self bodywork, meditation, your own held patterns releasing, your own body beginning to speak.

Afternoon

Give

You arrive in the afternoon already knowing from the inside what nourishment feels like. Supervised partner practice, with direct correction throughout. The afternoon is the proof of the morning.

The guru is inside. This training teaches you to hear it.

The seven-day progression

Seven meridians. One conversation a day.

Choose a day to read what it works and why.

Day 1

From Fear to Trust

Meridian
Bladder
Line
Superficial back line
Shadow
Fear
Healthy
Trust

The bladder channel governs the body's surveillance system. Its shadow voice is fear: the body that cannot stop scanning for threat, that braces along its entire posterior length, that has forgotten what it feels like to be safe. Its healthy voice is trust: the capacity to rest, to release held vigilance, to move through life without armour because the body has learned it does not need to brace against what is coming.

Who this is for

For people with a deep reverence for the human body

People who have a genuine belief in what the body is capable of. People who have spent years following systems and are ready to work out how to integrate what they know into something that actually works. Anyone who has ever put their hands on a body, or felt the pull of wanting to, and sensed that there was something more available if they could just learn to hear it properly.

You do not need a specific number of training hours. You need to care about this work at a level that makes seven days feel like not enough time.

What you leave with

Skills you use from day eight

  • The ability to trace seven meridian channels through their myofascial correlates and release the structural holding that suppresses each channel's healthy voice.
  • A sequenceable still point protocol for each channel: source point, Back Shu, Front Mu, and somatic organ hold.
  • The skill to distinguish a meridian's shadow voice from its healthy voice through palpation, breath observation, and tissue response.
  • A complete seven-meridian treatment arc you can use in your own practice from day eight.
  • The knowledge in your own body of what it feels like to be nourished enough to speak freely. That last one is the one that changes how you work.

Your teachers

Two Level 5 Guardians. One room.

Brian Campbell and Jambo Truong have been co-creating and co-teaching together for years across Jakarta, Bali, Chiang Mai, Newcastle, and across the US and Europe. They built Yoga Bodyworkers together. Both are Forrest Yoga Guardian Teachers at Level 5, appointed directly by Ana Forrest, two of a small global cohort. Both have been working with bodies for over two decades.

Anatomy · Nourishment · The garden

Brian is the kind of teacher who will correct the angle of your wrist mid-hold and say nothing else because nothing else needs to be said. His world is structure, tissue, and the physics of what happens when you actually contact fascia instead of pressing on top of it. He has spent decades making complex anatomy feel immediately tangible in a practitioner's hands. His patience in the room is legendary and his precision is surgical. He is not interested in approximation.

Listening · East Asian medicine · The relationship

Jambo works at the intersection of science and the sacred and sees no contradiction there. Two decades of clinical practice across acupuncture, movement therapy, bodywork, and meditation teaching have produced a practitioner who is equally comfortable with the anatomy of the extraordinary meridians and with the quality of silence required to hear what the body says when it finally feels safe enough to say it. He teaches with irreverence, specificity, and the deep conviction that the body is not broken. It has been misread. His job, and yours, is to learn to read it correctly.

Together they are unusually good at disagreeing with each other in the room and both being right. That tension is part of the training.

A wider teaching team supports the room throughout the week, giving every practitioner more hands, more eyes, and more correction across the seven days.
